Martin is CEO and Founder of Core and has responsibility for setting the strategic objectives and ethos of the business.

Prior to setting up Core, he had over 20 years’ experience in the fund administration sector, including almost 20 years of company direction experience, holding both executive and non-executive positions on regulated financial services businesses and regulated investment fund vehicles.

Martin has a degree in politics from Loughborough University, is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Guernsey branch of the Institute of Directors.

Outside of Core, Martin is a part-time football coach as well as a full-time ball thrower for his pet spaniel.

Jos is a director and Founder of Core.

Jos has 25 years of experience in the regulated financial services industry in Guernsey, including acting as managing director for a regulated fiduciary business and acting as trustee and director for investment structures during that time.

Jos is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Jos is also a keen triathlete in his spare time.

Dave is an Associate Director of Core. Dave’s primary responsibility is overseeing the delivery of the high standard of administration services to clients that is the hallmark of Core’s business.

Dave started his career in the Guernsey finance industry by studying towards his accountancy qualification with a local audit firm.

Following on from this Dave moved into the fund administration sector, with his most recent role involving heading up the Private Equity and Real Estate teams in Guernsey for a global fund administration company. While in this role Dave gained experience as a director on fund structures and became a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Dave also holds a degree in History from Exeter University and is a keen rugby player in his spare time. Although you are more likely to see him with a drink in hand on the side-line than on the pitch these days.
